Claims and Complaints 

In the event of any irregularities or shortcomings in the services provided, guests should immediately inform the responsible representative. If a complaint -such as to the cleanliness of the room, its furnishing, location etc. - could have been resolved, and the complainant failed to voice their complaint, it is considered that the guest was satisfied with the service provided, and that accordingly they waive their right to any claim or request for a reduction in the price of a service or the payment of compensation for damages.
In accordance with the law, guests can file a written complaint within two months from the date that a service was performed deficiently. Tusi d.o.o. Bovec does not process complaints filed beyond the legally prescribed term.

Cancellation 

Guests have the right to cancel their reservation. Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing or by email at least 7 days prior to arrival, and in the peak season (in July and August )at least 14 days prior to their arrival.
In the event the guest cancels their reservation within less than 7 days prior to their arrival, or if the guest does not arrive, the service provider is not obliged to return the advance payment.
If a guest anticipates arriving after 6 pm on the day of their arrival, please could they inform the person they made reservation with as to their eventual later arrival.

Use of information 

All personal information collected by Tusi d.o.o. Bovec is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia. In accepting an offer it is considered that such information provided may be used for statistical purposes and the provision of information by return. Should any guest or other person not want their information to be retained, such should be stated upon registration.

Final provisions
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all prices of services provided by Tusi d.o.o. Bovec are inclusive of local VAT. In the event of any dispute between parties, resolution shall be under the competence of the court in Koper, Slovenia.
