SKIING ON KANIN


The people of the Bovec region have always been known as skilled and enthusiastic skiiers.
The snow-rich winters in ages past offered good opportunities for skiing on literally every hill in every village.
The ski centre at Kanin has now opened up unimaginable opportunities for skiing enthusiasts to enjoy leasuire skiing on pistes covered with thick snow.
By gradual expansion of the infrastructure towards the Italian side of Kanin the ske resort is now transforming into a modern mid-sized European skiing centre.
